A native of San Antonio, Ashley Gee graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, earning a B.A. in English. Prior to beginning a thriving real estate career with Phyllis Browning Company, she taught middle school for eight years in the North East Independent School District.  In addition to her professional endeavors, Ashley has served on several non-profit boards and currently volunteers with numerous civic organizations, her church, as well as her children`s school.

In 2008, Ashley joined Judy Dalrymple's team as Listing Coordinator, overseeing all listings.  She makes initial contact with sellers at listing appointments, prepares comparative market analysis, provides a comprehensive marketing plan for each home, works closely with sellers to stage properties for maximum impact among prospective buyers and negotiates contracts on the seller`s behalf.

Ashley takes pride in providing the best service to all of her clients, from her thorough communication to her meticulous attention to detail.

Katherine Ditchman, Realtor® and Marketing Coordinator for The Judy Dalrymple Team, is committed to providing outstanding service to every client.  She works with buyers and sellers from start to finish regarding all aspects of the real estate transaction. She negotiates contracts, coordinates/implements all advertising materials, organizes/executes marketing events, analyzes and summarizes city, state, and nation-wide real estate market activity and communicates results to clients via weekly/monthly updates.  She researches/implements new programs to enhance the team's productivity and keeps social media current.

Katherine earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and moved to Texas where she worked in sales and marketing for Fortune 500 companies.  She is an award-winning, performance-driven sales/marketing professional.  She is a self-starter with excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.  Her ability to multi-task, adapt, and problem solve allows her to resolve challenging situations with maximized success.
