A native of San Antonio, Ashley Gee graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, earning a B.A. in English. Prior to beginning a thriving real estate career with Phyllis Browning Company, she taught middle school for eight years in the North East Independent School District. In addition to her professional endeavors, Ashley has served on several non-profit boards and currently volunteers with numerous civic organizations, her church, as well as her children`s school.
In 2008, Ashley joined Judy Dalrymple's team as Listing Coordinator, overseeing all listings. She makes initial contact with sellers at listing appointments, prepares comparative market analysis, provides a comprehensive marketing plan for each home, works closely with sellers to stage properties for maximum impact among prospective buyers and negotiates contracts on the seller`s behalf.

As Transaction Coordinator for Judy Dalrymple's Team Advantage, Randee Akers oversees transactions from the time property goes under contract to the time of closing making sure no deadline is missed. She coordinates information between buyers and sellers so that all details are handled in a timely fashion. Randee stays in contact with mortgage companies, inspectors, appraisers and other parties in the transaction to assure that closings go smoothly.
Working in the fashion industry before entering real estate, Randee attended Southwest Texas State University. She is a native of New Braunfels with strong roots in the area: she is a descendant of the Fausts, who opened the town's first bank after it was settled by Prince Solms, and her paternal grandfather was a founding member of the famous Wurstfest German festival.

Katherine Ditchman, Marketing Coordinator for Judy Dalrymple’s Team Advantage, is committed to providing outstanding service and sharing pertinent information with clients by tracking market activity in area neighborhoods, sending weekly/monthly property updates and distributing summaries on San Antonio’s real estate market. She coordinates all advertising materials, keeps social media fresh, organizes/executes marketing events and researches/implements new programs to enhance the Team's productivity. She negotiates leases, logs and maintains all electronic and in office files, as well as assists other team members assuring all objectives have been met.
Katherine earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and moved to Texas where she worked in sales and marketing for cosmetic companies and a division of Newell Rubbermaid. She is dedicated, well organized, personable and able to work through complex transactions.

Provide: history and comparables to assist in making the best purchase for the Buyer. Stays informed of various changes in neighborhoods, school boundaries, traffic patterns, and other pertinent facts that directly impact the value of the home.
Will has an extensive background in real estate. He has worked on many local San Antonio real estate projects including Cordillera Ranch, Image Homes, The Broadway and Coventry Homes. He has found success working multiple areas of San Antonio including Alamo Heights, Monte Vista, Downtown San Antonio, North Central San Antonio, Helotes and Boerne. He is a highly skilled Realtor and will, undoubtedly, enhance the buying experience for clients.
